Experienced Engineers

Our experienced engineers understand the paramount importance of planning. Planning lays the foundation for the control on behalf of the client of what is the most expensive and most crucial phase of the construction project. Planning encompasses the whole of the construction project, from beginning to end, from inception and feasibility study to final commissioning and handing over the completed work to the client.
There are two aspects to our planning process:

The creative and demanding mental activity of working out what has to be done, how, when, by whom and with what. Plans are not just a piece of paper, plans represent the result of careful thought, comprehensive discussion, careful decisions and commitments made between our office and our client. Planning techniques from the planner’s tool kit.

This includes the bar chart, the line-of-balance and network analysis. These tools assist in the analysis of the plan, organizing the information and facilitate the way in which the plan is communicated to the client.

One of the most important aspects to project management is the time-frame within which construction is executed. It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the entire work is delivered on a specified time, to inform the client of the project progress and whether the planned completion date will be met. In fairly large construction projects monitoring and control become rather extensive and complex.

However, Al-Salah Cons. has managed to overcome such an obstacle by incorporating in its management services computerized-management tools such as computer-aided network analysis (CMP).

The Construction Management Package (CMP) is a computerized support system for network analysis. It is an effective control tool which draws the logical relationships between construction operations, analyses their relative duration and establishes which operations have the most crucial effect on the project duration.
